Emotional Support Animals (for Indiana Residents Only)
Emotional Support Animals are pets that are deemed important for your mental health by a medical professional. With this designation, your pet is legally allowed to live with you in your home or apartment even if pets are not otherwise allowed. (Limit 2 ESA's per household.)
Includes the following:
* A brief virtual psychiatric assessment with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to verify need.
* Letter of medical necessity.
* An animal trainer will review vaccination records and add them to a database linked to your personalized QR code on your animal's official ESA photo identification card.
* A personalized collar designating your feline companion your emotional support animal (ESA).

If you need to fly with your ESA, more rigorous testing can certify your companion for public access which will allow them to access public transportation along with you.
In addition to everything offered in the Emotional Support Dogs Package, this package also includes public access testing with a certified service dog trainer who legally can certify your pet safe for travel.
